At Lorinda's Salon, the product lines that we carry are considered not only by their quality and philosophies, but by the education they provide us worldwide. We are partnered with these product lines as they support us with advanced education, from the latest trends, to the newest technology. By staying up to date with these new techniques, we learn not only how to better acquaint ourselves with these products, but to also familiarize our guests with them, so that they may replicate these styles at home.
Due to manufacturer changes, all products are non-refundable.
NO CASH REFUNDS!
If a product is unsatisfactory, bring it back within 30 days of purchase to exchange it for a different product *or* a credit may be applied to your account. Credit must be used for products only within 30 days of return.
Accessories, Jewelry, Art and Equipment sales are final.
Due to the number of counterfeit items that are sold online Lorinda's is not able to return products that were not purchased from the Salon Store.
